Each location is very unique. Since there are more locations in Karachi, I will talk about Karachi in this article. There is no doubt that Shahra-e-Faisal is a Garam Jalebi site for small and mid-size businesses. I. I. Chundrigar road is Garab Jalebi for financial institutions.
If you are familiar with Karachi map, then you will realize the following.

If you are a true Karachi person or I would say Karachiite, and in worset case Matarwa, you would know that each location has to offer very unique perspective. Let’s put it in an example. If you are wondering what Matarwa is and how to pronounce; then it’s a different topic. HINT – It has to do with the culture though.
Anyway, you are a young entrepreneur and you need to work either daytime or nighttime. Keep in mind when working in nighttime, it means you are working western countries time zones.

DHA
Defence Housing Authority or DHA is spread over 8,852 acres or 35.82 square KM. It sure is a huge space.
When thinking of a DHA; the first thing comes up in your mind is the beautiful beach. I just love to get wet. I love water. I believe I am born to live in the water. If I had a yacht, I would like 24/7 on my yacht. I would never invest in real estate. The smell of salty water, the humidity of the weather is just amazing in any weather. You probably won’t like humid weather and sweating like crazy. However, sweating and absorbing the humidity has its own wonders.
You definitely can’t miss the camel, horse and cart rides. On the top if you are a foodie like me; then you can’t miss local eateries such as gol kappay, chat masala and who can forget roasted dry corns with lemon and masala on it. Furthermore, I can’t forget the person who is selling tea. That qahwa is amazing. There are some stories about them but I will ignore for now. And don’t complain about the sogginess of your gol kappay. It’s called humidity.
At the night time; you just have got to love dance from our Pathan brothers. The loud music, food, juices, people around you; you will feel that you are alive. I just love loud music. Forget me as it is all about you.

Gulshan-e-Iqbal
Gulshan-e-Iqbal is spread over 67 acres or 0.27 Square KM. Way much smaller than DHA but very popular as compared to DHA for residential purposes. Gulshan-e-Iqbal is a mostly residential area. The area was developed almost 30 to 40 years ago and has been growing among residents and business community. The nearby locations are below.

The main business hub will be between Nipa Chorangi and Hasan Square. You will find several Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) registered call centers, cowork sharing offices, corporates, restaurants and more in this area.
Shahrah-e-Faisal & Metropole
Shahrah-e-Faisal and Metropole is a Garam Jalebi location for main business community. The business population between FTC building and Karsaz is ten folds than at night. However, the nighttime is full online services business personnel. They include PSEB registered call centers, freelancers, graphic designers, IT consultants, computer programmers, writers, and more.
This area is mid-range to high-range when it comes to rental office cost. For this reason, several offices have a concept of shared and dedicated private offices inside premises.
Shahrah-e-Faisal was named in the honor of King Faisal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud from originally known as Drigh Road.
The area has lot to offer. For example, it is directly connected to Jinnah International Airport, PNS Karsaz, PAF Base and Museum. It is directly connected to Metropole area with further down Zainab Market in Saddar area.
Several individuals and startups want to initiate business operation from this location. The location is easily accessible via transport and by walk. The business population is very diverse. The surrounding communities walk to their offices.
